Foothills Harvest Transitional Services, "Lydia's Place" is a non-profit, 501(c)3 program for women which provides services for the unsheltered, substance abuse recovery, alcohol dependency and ex-offenders to help them successfully re-enter into the community. Our residents come from treatment programs, detox centers, hospitals, prisons, jail and homeless shelters. Foothills Harvest Transitional Services is a faith base organization. It was founded in 2006 by Pastor Travis McEntyre who is a well known community leader, and the Founder and Director of Foothills Harvest Outreach Ministries and the Pastor of Harvest House Baptist Church. Pastor McEntyre having a heart for ministry and a vision of hope for those who sincerely seek it, believe that a relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the foundation of successful living and maintaining sobriety.
STRUCTURED LIVING
This portion of our program provides the structure and supervision needed in various levels to assist in their learning how to live clean, sober and productive lives. Included are programs to help them grow spiritually, socially and emotionally, dealing with the root causes of the addictive, destructive issues in their lives. Connecting with other agencies to ensure continuum of care.
Lydia's Place fosters leadership development among our residents whenever possible and appropriate. Our program conducts on-going activities in the community to reach those we serve, their families and their friends. We advocate for the rights of those we serve. Along educating the community about substance dependency, recover and alcoholism and post incarceration.
This portion of our program provides hands-on life skills training, making our residents employment ready.
This portion of our program serves women coming from jail or prison with or without a history of substance abuse.

> Successful completion of an in-patient or out-patient substance abuse treatment program.
> Released from a correctional facility will be considered if: Actively involved in AA, NA, DART or Chapel Services and are referred by a representative of the correctional facility where they served time.
> Documentation of homelessness
>Successful completion of a substance abuse program
> Referred by a homeless and or battered shelter with significant clean time.
> Have a substantial amount of clean time, and actively participate in AA, NA.
> Referred by detox program upon successful completion.
> Sex Offenders and Violent Crime Offenders will not be accepted.

Transportation Assistance
Financial Management
Six months maximum stay.
After 30 initial day - $100.00 per week.
Transportation $45.00 per week.
Program requirement.....
Eligible applicants will not be denied admissions.
These fees include transportation for finding employment, court dates, medical appointments, community college programs, DSS and other support services.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions.
